At the beginning of December 2006 we began to enrich our swimming pool (water) with Aquafinesse Pool Puck brought to market by your company. Because the quality of our swimming pool water was already excellent, we did not really feel it a necessity to add the Aquafinesse Pool Puck, but from the simple point of view that good can always be better, we decided to give it a fair chance.
After reading the reports from Labo Derva and KEMA who had carried out the tests, we were very impressed with how good and reliable your product seemed to be, so awaited with great interest our own experience with the Aquafinesse Pool Puck. It must be said, the water has become indeed crystal clear, very soft and the notorious bio film has really disappeared. Compliments on your product. It has really upgraded the quality of our pool water!

Dear AquaFinesse,
I remember as if it were yesterday our first meeting where you explained to us the great advantages of your product, the Aquafinesseâ„¢ Pool Puck. You promised that the water would become crystal clear, softer and the pH would stay constant at around 7.3. Even saying that the bio film would disappear and never come back again and the chlorine smell would decrease considerably.
After this almost unbelievable story I had to remark that if indeed the product could do all of that, and was as good as you say then surely it was not made in Holland, but in "Heaven".
If all of your claims were true the price of the product was surely too low I thought and to be honest, having now used the AquaFinesse Pool Puck, I know this is to be the case. The Aquafinesse Pool Puck does everything you said it would! I have been in the pool maintenance industry for several years, but I have never seen a pool (or whirlpool) product that has all of these qualities. Wonderful and effective. You certainly have convinced us!

I was introduced to the AquaFinesse Pool Puck about 6 months ago when I upgraded my swimming pool. It´s an absolutely fantastic product, simple to use and produces crystal clear water without any effort. I have young children who use the pool a lot so water quality is really very important.
I´ve also been lucky enough to have a swimming pool for many years now but maintaining consistent good quality water has always been a real challenge and a time consuming chore. As there are not very many pool maintenance companies in the west of Ireland, it is very much a case of “do it yourselfâ€? so thank you for making my life a little easier. I´m now spending my time enjoying my pool rather than maintaining it!!

We purchase a swimspa in June 08 and although my family love it, I was left with the task of keeping the water clean which was daunting to say the least. That is until a friend of mine who is using Aquafinesse in her hot tub told me that you did a similar product for swimming pools and swimpspas. Having experienced the chemical balancing act I was a dubious about the claims that your product Aquafinesse Pool Puck was a simple once weekly treatment, but having now used it for the last 3 months I would really not go back to traditional chemicals.
Treating my swimspa is a doddle! and the kids (who spend most of their waking moments in there) are enjoying really nice soft skin especially my daughter who has suffered from aggressive eczema since being a baby. I cant praise your product enough, and would not hesitate to recommend it!

Dear future users of AquaFinesse Pool Puck,
Since 1998 we have owned a Starline pool with cover. Because of it's position under the trees, we have experienced a lot of dirt in our pool, with debris on walls and the stairs.
This is one of the reasons why we tried out the Pool Puck in an attempt to keep the pool cleaner.
Since last summer (2008) we have added two tablets of Pool Puck per week into the skimmer, and the result is awesome! not only has the debris on the walls and the stairs of the pool disappeared, but also the cover stays clean. The debris is going to the bottom of the pool, where it can be simply vacuum cleaned away.
The water is crystal clear, feels soft and is so 'natural' in both smell and taste. A very pleasant thing is that we now need far less chlorine than in the previous years before we used the Pool Puck.
The pH is stable, and we do not need to use other chemicals.
Our conclusion is that AquaFinesse Pool Puck is excellent value for money considering the huge improvement in the quality of our swimming water!
