AquaFinesse, the Dead Sea Experience

The Dead Sea contains a special mixture of salts and minerals that is known for its therapeutic effects. For thousands of years, people have been using the Dead Sea water to treat skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis, but also to detoxify, improve their appearance and pamper themselves.

The unique power of the thermal salt springs of the Dead Sea comes from the salt and mineral content. AquaFinesse offers the perfect combination to discover the famous features of the Dead Sea in your own spa. The advantages of the patented AquaFinesse technology together with the therapeutic effects of the Dead Sea, in one kit.

What makes us so unique

Slippery walls in the hot tub are something that everyone recognises. It feels like there is a layer of slime on the walls. This slime layer is called a biofilm. It is where many bacteria nest. Traditional products such as chlorine, for example, hardly get through this layer (biofilm), which means that a very large amount is required to reach the bacteria. As a result, a very high dose of disinfection ends up in the water. This causes negative side effects for your skin, eyes and breathing. And nobody wants that. Our unique and patented AquaFinesse formula is able to soak this biofilm layer away from the walls and break it open. This prevents the bacteria from hiding. Now all you need is a little disinfection.

With just one dose per week, AquaFinesse ensures clean, silky soft and crystal-clear water. In addition, the AquaFinesse formula ensures that your hot tub components last longer because it avoids the accumulation of limescale in your hot tub / spa!

Simple weekly treatment

1. Heat the spa water to the desired temperature.

2. Shake the bottle of AquaFinesse liquid well and add the correct dosage to the water. For the correct dosage, see the label on the back of the bottle.

3. Open all valves and jets. Switch on the pumps at full power and add 6 kg of the AquaFinesse Dead Sea salt to the water. You will see the salt sinking to the bottom and the seats of the spa. No problem; it will soon dissolve in the water.

4. Add a measuring spoon of SWE Disinfection granules 65 to the water.

Then repeat steps 2 and 4 once a week

FAQ

Here is a selection of the most frequently asked questions.
If you have any other questions, please contact us using the contact form.

After adding the salt, my water is foggy

This is normal. After 1 or 2 days your water will be clear again.

Do I need to measure my pH weekly?

AquaFinesse ensures that your pH remains stable. When using AquaFinesse, the pH will be between 7.2 and 8.2. So you don’t have to do anything.

Can I fill my spa with softened water?

It may sound strange, but we do not recommend using softened water. To keep the water balanced, the water in a spa needs lime. If you still want this, we recommend filling only 50% with softened water and the other 50% with normal water.

I have foam on my water. What do I do now?

There are two types of foam. First of all, white foam. This could be because you have a new spa. If it is the first fill of water, we recommend replacing it if it is more than six weeks old. Other causes are often care products, such as: body lotion, hairspray/gel and make-up.

There is also brown foam. This is caused by organic contamination or if your water is too old. Replacing the water is then the only option.

How long does the salt stay active?

It remains active as long as the water is not changed.

Do I need to shower before I use the spa?

It is advisable to shower in advance. The cleaner you go in the hot tub, the longer your water lasts.

Can I use this product in an inflatable spa?

No, the AquaFinesse dead sea experience kit is not for use in an inflatable spa.

Rob and Ashley

Dear AquaFinesse,

As I said before I love AquaFinesse for the crystal clear water, the soft non chlorine smell on our skin, the easy once weekly application but more so because of its environmental friendly.
My young grandson has extremely bad eczema with no bad effect after using the spa and this product was oneof the reasons we use and love it.

The Brookfield family

For years, we have used several different brands of chemicals for our spa. We were never sure if we were adding the right amount or the right products.
With Aquafinesse, there’s no wondering if we’ve added the right amount.

I convinced my mom to use it in her spa. She loves it and thanks us for telling her about it!
