99.6% recommend AquaFinesse!
It’s no secret that people love our products all over the world. This is because our formula works and the products are easy to use.
AquaFinesse Hot Tub Water Care products are the best water care products available. They contain everything you need for the water treatment of your hot tub. No more time-consuming measurements and no collection of chemical products to maintain your hot tub water. With AquaFinesse, you can spend less than five minutes on the water maintenance of your spa. In addition, you make an environmentally conscious choice.
Everyone has probably had the experience that the walls of your hot tub felt slippery. As if there is a layer of slime on the walls. This is called a biofilm. It is where many bacteria nest. Traditional products such as chlorine, for example, hardly get through this layer (biofilm), which means that a very large amount is required to reach the bacteria. As a result, a very high dose of disinfection ends up in the water. This causes negative side effects for your skin, eyes and breathing. And nobody wants that. Unlike other products, the unique patented AquaFinesse formula is able to soak this biofilm layer away from the walls and break it open, preventing the bacteria from hiding. Now all you need is a little disinfection.
With just one dose per week, AquaFinesse ensures clean, silky soft and crystal-clear water. In addition, the AquaFinesse formula ensures that your hot tub components last longer because it avoids the accumulation of limescale in your hot tub / spa!
Note: Do you have an inflatable hot tub? Then check out our AquaFinesse Inflatable Spa Water Care box. This is specially tailored to the inflatable hot tub.

Then place the dispenser above the filter.

Spa manufacturers recommend changing the water at least once every 3–4 months.
Here is a selection of the most frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions, please contact us using the contact form.
With normal use, you can go 3–4 months with your water. Is it the first fill of water? Then we recommend replacing it after six weeks. When it comes from the factory, the spa often still contains some contamination. Consider for example mould wax, sealant and glue residues. In addition, the spa is often tested before it leaves the factory and residual water remains in the pipes.
Our rule of thumb is to change the spa or hot tub water every 3 to 4 months. This is the same frequency as Spa manufacturers recommend. Over time, water loses its minerals and calcium causing the pH to fluctuate which can no longer be stabilized.
If you have a new spa, we recommend to change the water the first time a bit sooner. Due to factory testing waters debris that will come loose in the first period and the fact that most new spa’s will be used intensive during the first weeks. (friends/family/neighbours will visit most likely)
It is advisable to shower in advance. The cleaner you go in the hot tub, the longer your water lasts.
It may sound strange, but we do not recommend using softened water. To keep the water balanced, the water in a spa needs lime. If you still want this, we recommend filling only 50% with softened water and the other 50% with normal water.
AquaFinesse ensures that your pH remains stable. When using AquaFinesse, the pH will be between 7.2 and 8.2. So you don’t have to do anything.
There are two types of foam. First of all, white foam. This could be because you have a new spa. If it is the first fill of water, we recommend replacing it if it is more than six weeks old. Other causes are often care products, such as: body lotion, hairspray/gel and make-up.
There is also brown foam. This is caused by organic contamination or if your water is too old. Replacing the water is then the only option.
Unfortunately, you cannot use AquaFinesse in combination with a salt system.
