99.6% recommend AquaFinesse!
It’s no secret that people love our products all over the world. This is because our formula works and the products are easy to use.
A swim spa has its own unique water treatment challenges. Of course, AquaFinesse has also designed a product that can cope with these challenges. Like all AquaFinesse products, the Swim Spa Water Care System is simple and user-friendly and ensures clean, crystal-clear and silky soft water. Everything you need for approx. six months of water treatment for your swim spa!
Everyone has probably had the experience that the walls of your hot tub felt slippery. As if there is a layer of slime on the walls. This is called a biofilm. It is where many bacteria nest. Traditional products such as chlorine, for example, hardly get through this layer (biofilm), which means that a very large amount is required to reach the bacteria, resulting in a very large dose of disinfectant getting into the water. This is bad for the eyes, the breathing and the skin. And nobody wants that. Unlike other products, the unique patented AquaFinesse formula is able to soak this biofilm layer away from the walls and break it open, preventing the bacteria from hiding. Now all you need is a little disinfection.
With just one dose per week, AquaFinesse ensures clean, silky soft and crystal-clear water. In addition, the AquaFinesse formula ensures that your hot tub components last longer because it avoids the accumulation of limescale in your hot tub / spa!
How to use SWIM SPA WATER CARE: It’s Easy!
You don’t need any special preparation for your swim spa before starting with AquaFinesse for the first time.
Just follow these simple steps and you’re ready to go
1. Regularly rinse and clean the filters (we recommend AquaFinesse Filter cleaning tablets for this purpose) the filter is an important element of the water treatment process; therefore it is essential that filters are kept clean.
2. (Vacuum) clean the bottom of your swim spa on a regular basis.
3. Maintain water levels at the height recommended by the manufacturer.
4. If possible, start with clean water; add a chlorine tablet and an AquaFinesse water care tablet to the floating dispenser and/or the skimmer.
5. Replace the AquaFinesse water care tablet on the same day each week.
Each AquaFinesse water care tablet treats between 8,000 – 10,000 litres of water for a 1 week period. Please do not overdose.
*Always ensure that there is a chlorine tablet present in the dispenser and/or skimmer
(Do not allow the chlorine tablet to run out completely, replace when necessary)

If you have any other questions, please contact us using the contact form.
AquaFinesse ensures that your pH remains stable. When using AquaFinesse, the pH will be between 7.2 and 8.2. So you don’t have to do anything.
It may sound strange, but we do not recommend using softened water. To keep the water balanced, the water in a (swim) spa needs lime. If you still want this, we recommend filling only 50% with softened water and the other 50% with normal water.
There are two types of foam. First of all, white foam. This could be because you have a new swim spa. If it is the first fill of water, we recommend replacing it if it is more than 12 weeks old. Other causes are often care products, such as: body lotion, hairspray/gel and make-up.
There is also brown foam. This is caused by organic contamination or if your water is too old. Replacing the water is then the only option.
