99.6% recommend AquaFinesse!
It’s no secret that people love our products all over the world. This is because our formula works and the products are easy to use.
AquaFinesse Hot Tub Water Care products are the best water care products available and we don’t say that without reason. They contain everything you need for the water treatment of your hot tub. No more time-consuming measurements and no collection of chemical products to maintain your hot tub water. With AquaFinesse, you can spend less than five minutes on the water maintenance of your spa. In addition, you also make an environmentally conscious choice.
Slippery hot tub walls are something that everyone recognises. It feels like there is a layer of slime on the walls of the hot tub. This slime layer is called a biofilm. Many bacteria nest in this biofilm. Traditional products such as chlorine, for example, often do not pass through this layer (biofilm), which means that a very large amount is required to reach the bacteria. As a result, a very high dose of disinfection ends up in the water. This causes negative side effects for your skin, eyes and breathing. And nobody wants that. Unlike other products, the unique patented AquaFinesse formula is able to soak this biofilm layer away from the walls and break it open, preventing the bacteria from hiding. Now all you need is a little disinfection.
With just one dose of our hot tub products per week, AquaFinesse ensures clean, silky soft and crystal-clear water. In addition, the AquaFinesse formula ensures that your hot tub components last longer because it avoids the accumulation of limescale in your hot tub / spa!
This box comes with chlorine granules (Dichlor) instead of chlorine tablets (Trichlor). Some brands/users prefer this option.
Note: Do you have an inflatable hot tub? Then check out our AquaFinesse Inflatable Spa Water Care box. This is specially designed for the inflatable hot tub.
1. Shake the bottle of AquaFinesse before use.
2. Add the prescribed amount to the spa water using the measuring cup (for the correct dosage see the label on the back of the bottle).
3. Add one level spoonful of SWE disinfectant granules 65 to the water and after each use of the spa. If you do not use the spa, add at least one spoon to the water every week.
4. Open all valves and jets. Allow the pumps to run at full power for approx. one minute.
5. Rinse the filters with clean water, or clean them with AquaFinesse Filter Cleaner tablets.
Spa manufacturers recommend changing the water at least once every 3–4 months.

Dichlor is a disinfectant in granular form and Trichlor is a tablet. Some spa manufacturers recommend using Dichlor instead of Trichlor. In addition, some hot tubs have an open filter compartment without a basket, so there is no space for placing a Trichlor tablet. Check with a spa supplier to see which version is suitable for your spa.
It is advisable to shower in advance. The cleaner you go in the hot tub, the longer your water lasts.
It may sound strange, but we do not recommend using softened water. To keep the water balanced, a spa needs lime. If you still want this, we recommend filling only 50% with softened water and the other 50% with normal water.
AquaFinesse ensures that your pH remains stable. When using AquaFinesse, the pH will be between 7.2 and 8.2. So you don’t have to do anything.
There are two types of foam. First of all, white foam. This could be because you have a new spa. If it is your first fill of water, we recommend replacing it if it is more than six weeks old. Other causes are often care products, such as: body lotion, hairspray/gel and make-up.
There is also brown foam. This is caused by organic contamination or if your water is too old. Replacing the water is then the only option
Unfortunately, you cannot use AquaFinesse in combination with a salt system.
